We accept returns with original box and hardware up to 7 days from date of purchase from us no questions asked for STORE CREDIT.
If the product is unusable due to a manufacture's defect past 7 days from sale however, please start the return process with us and when completed we'll send you a new part, however you MUST send a video showing the defect as well as a picture of the S/N.
Returns are not valid after 60 days of purchase.
Here is the return process:
1. Keep the faulty items and all of its packaging.
2. Take a video recording that includes what the defect is and the S/N number if applicable.
3. Send the video to email@example.com with subject title [ORDER NUMBER] RETURNS
4. We will then process and authenticate the defect, sending the S/N to China
5. It takes 3 days minimum for the manufacture to process the RMA
6. When we get your replacement from the manufacture we can ship it out with your next order, or if you're in a rush you can pay for shipping and we'll ship it separately.
The video is needed because our manufacturer REQUIRES us to have a video for faulty items.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE
INVO, Vos, and Marssa products that have life time warranties for manufacture's defect will be either be replaced with the same product or given store credit only to be used within these three brands INVO, Vos, and Marssa.
In cases of incorrect product shipment, Vapor Products Inc. will cover expense of UPS Ground or USPS Priority (chosen at Vapor Product Inc's discretion, depending on situation and costs involved) for exchange of goods.
